Use Your Mental Game to Overcome Self-Intimidation

Intimidation is a huge psychological barrier for many athletes. It often happens when you compare your skills with opponents before the race. Many athletes worry about the strength of the opponent and then feel inferior, for example.

What do you think when you see the word intimidation? Do you remember the feeling intimidated by an opponent or watch as Intimidator?

Most of intimidation in sports comes from your thought process,I call intimidating * *. Composed of athletes and certainly not intimidating. Confident athletescontrol of their emotions, love is the challenge of testing their skills against other athletes. The better and bigger the challenge, the more pleasure they gain from the competition.
